Designed by PBD Architects with interiors by Woods Bagot and landscaping by Myles Baldwin Design, the project comprises eighteen apartments shaped by the coastal setting, curved concrete forms, textured façades and strong connections to natural light. The development also includes a wellness-focused retail offering and concierge-style amenities.
Our team is providing hydraulic services, working closely with the wider team throughout design and construction.
AVRA recently celebrated its official ground breaking. Site works are advancing steadily, with bulk excavation, piling and capping beams now well underway. The project has also been named a finalist in the 2025 UDIA Awards for Excellence in Marketing.
