AVRA | construction update

Works at AVRA Bondi Beach continue to advance, with bulk excavation nearing completion and preparations underway for tower crane installation and the first basement slab. The project has reached a significant point where the structural frame will soon begin to rise above ground.

Goldfish & Bay is supporting delivery with hydraulic engineering services, working closely with the project team to ensure performance, reliability and integration across the residential and retail components.

AVRA is already attracting recognition within the industry, named a finalist in the 2025 UDIA Awards for Excellence in Marketing, and continues to set a benchmark for design-led development in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Client: Clutch
