BATHERS, Collaroy | Project completion

Bathers at Collaroy has now reached completion, delivering a coastal residential development that combines refined architecture with high-quality amenities. Developed by HCAP Group and built by Lords Group, the project provides new residences supported by communal spaces including a surfboard storage room, outdoor showers, sauna, gym and landscaped courtyards.

Goldfish & Bay worked alongside our client TAPS Plumbing, providing hydraulic and civil engineering services. Our work covered water, wastewater and stormwater systems, as well as the civil infrastructure required for site access, drainage and long-term performance.

The completion of BATHERS reflects strong collaboration across the project team and sets a new benchmark for coastal living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
