A new industrial facility at Marsden Park is bringing Bosch Rexroth Australia’s manufacturing, engineering, and sales operations into a purpose-built environment designed around performance and operational efficiency.
As a global leader in drive and control technologies, Bosch Rexroth supports industries ranging from manufacturing and automation to mining and heavy equipment, which directly informs how this facility needs to function.
The development forms part of the broader Sydney Business Park precinct and includes approximately 8,000 m² of production and manufacturing space, supported by a 2,500 m² office component with both operational and customer-facing areas.
Designed to support factory automation, overhead crane systems, and large-scale equipment, the facility requires close coordination across all disciplines to ensure it functions effectively in daily operation.
At this scale, planning is driven not only by compliance, but by how the site operates, from heavy vehicle access and fire appliance movement to internal logistics and material flow.
Hydraulic design plays a key role, particularly at roof level where drainage strategies are coordinated to manage large catchment areas while aligning with structural and architectural requirements.
Goldfish & Bay is delivering engineering design services for the project, working closely with Doolan Co Pty Ltd and the broader consultant team through coordination, documentation, and delivery.
