Today’s event in Merrylands marked an important point in a project that has been progressing with steady purpose since our involvement began. Standing on the upper levels gave a clear sense of how far the site has come and how much coordination sits behind a structure of this scale. CENTRAL QUARTER is a mixed-use tower rising 21 floors and delivering 194 apartments across a range of configurations.

It was a valuable opportunity to meet the teams driving the project forward. Representatives from Northland Group , D+R Architects, SDSS, Construction Consultants, Resilience Insurance, Hicksons Lawyers, Ray White, Arc Energy Group Australia Apartments.com.au, Access Link Consulting Certatude Capital Engineering Consultants, M&C Advisory, St.George Bank were there on the day, along with many other contributors who play an important role across the development. Seeing every organisation recognised together at the ceremony reinforced the collective effort behind the progress on site.

For Goldfish & Bay, it was a chance to reconnect with project partners, speak with those involved in day-to-day delivery, and reflect on the contribution our hydraulic, electrical, fire and wet fire services bring to the development. Moments like this highlight the value of consistent collaboration and open communication across the industry.

Completion is drawing closer, and the ceremony served as a reminder of the work already achieved and the work still ahead. Central Quarter continues to take shape with purpose, supported by a group of teams committed to delivering a strong outcome for the community.
