Development approval has been granted for a new 31-storey HOTEL in the heart of Haymarket, set behind the restored Sutton Forest Meat Company façade.

The project introduces a contemporary presence to George Street while preserving the site’s heritage frontage, bridging old and new at the edge of Sydney’s Tech Central precinct.

Goldfish & Bay is contributing key building services to the project, working in partnership with Ceerose, Architecture AND and the wider consultant group behind the design and delivery.
