Set above Sydney’s coastline at 11 Jennifer Street, Little Bay, ESTE brings together architecture, interiors, landscape, and engineering in one cohesive vision.

Developed and built by Urban Property Group, and designed by Hill Thalis Architecture with interiors by Richards Stanisich and landscape design by Arcadia Landscape Architecture, the project comprises 94 residences across four storeys, framed by rooftop wellness spaces and communal landscaped areas that open toward Kamay Botany Bay National Park.

Guided by a strong connection to place, the design responds to the surrounding headlands and coastal light. Hill Thalis has shaped a calm, low-rise form expressed through natural materials and balanced proportions. Richards Stanisich continues this approach internally, bringing warmth and tactility through oak, stone, and soft finishes, while Arcadia extends the composition into the landscape with native plantings, pathways, and shared green spaces that connect the buildings to their setting.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic and fire engineering design, including water, gas, and fire protection systems. Delivered in BIM LOD300, our work aligns closely with the project’s design direction, ensuring technical precision and coordination across disciplines.

ESTE Little Bay unites architectural vision and engineering expertise, resulting in a coastal development defined by design integrity, collaboration, and enduring quality.

Goldfish & Bay is an iCIRT 4-star certified consultancy, backed by ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 accreditations, with NSW Design Practitioner Registration across disciplines. We are an approved member of the NSW Government’s SCM1191 Scheme for Consultants in Construction (up to $9M).
