FALCON & ALEXANDER is now under construction at the Five Ways intersection, transforming one of the lower north shore’s most prominent corner sites into a high-density mixed-use development.

Delivered by Deicorp, with architecture by TURNER STUDIO and landscape by Land and Form Studios, the project delivers approximately 24,000 sqm of built form on a 3,200 sqm footprint. The scheme comprises over 200 apartments, supported by approximately 8,000 sqm of non-residential space, including ground-level retail and a 100-room hotel, all within a single, vertically resolved structure.

Located within a short walk of the new Crows Nest Metro, the project forms part of the broader transformation of the precinct, contributing to a more active and connected streetscape through ground-level retail, increased housing supply, and a stronger link to surrounding transport and amenity.

Bringing residential, retail, and hotel uses into a single structure increases the level of coordination required across building systems, particularly as different uses operate within the same footprint.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic, electrical, and fire engineering design services, supported by BIM coordination across all disciplines to align building systems ahead of delivery.

Construction is now underway, and we look forward to continuing our work with the broader project team as the development moves toward completion in 2028.
