FALCON & ALEXANDER has broken ground at the corner of Falcon Street and Alexander Street, marking a milestone in Crows Nest’s ongoing growth.

Goldfish & Bay is delivering hydraulic, electrical, and wet and dry fire engineering design services for this project, working in partnership with Deicorp, TURNER STUDIO and Land and Form Studios

Located moments from the new Metro station, the development is positioned to offer residents a strong connection to transport, amenity, and sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.
