GRANTHAM FARM PUBLIC SCHOOL | As Grantham Farm continues to grow, so does the need for education infrastructure designed around the community it will serve.
Goldfish & Bay is supporting the delivery of the new Grantham Farm Public School and public preschool, providing Hydraulic and Wet and Dry Fire Engineering services.
Delivered by School Infrastructure, the new campus will create places for approximately 500 primary school students and up to 60 preschool children in Sydney’s North West.
The project includes a three storey learning hub with general and support learning spaces, administration areas, staff facilities, amenities and a library. A standalone school hall, covered outdoor learning area, sports field, games court, assembly court and dedicated outdoor play spaces are also planned.
Our scope includes hydraulic and fire design certification, penetration documentation, fire coverage planning, SSDA support and preparation of as built documentation.
Across a campus of this scale, every service must be carefully coordinated with the architecture, structure and other building systems. This work helps ensure that the school can operate safely, efficiently and reliably from the day it opens.
We are pleased to contribute our technical experience to infrastructure that will support local students, families and educators for years to come.
The new school is expected to open in early 2028.
