Goldfish & Bay is pleased to be contributing to Henri House, a boutique residential development located at 349 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst.

Developed by Abadeen and designed by Woods Bagot, Henri House will deliver a collection of 13 north facing residences and a whole floor penthouse within one of Sydney’s most established inner city neighbourhoods.

The project combines bold architecture, interiors by Studio McCue and landscapes by Dangar Barin Smith Pty Ltd, with a strong focus on quality, proportion and considered design.

Our team is providing Mechanical Engineering and CFD Modelling services, supporting HVAC design, ventilation systems, plant coordination and integrated building services documentation. With a constrained inner city location and basement design requirements, CFD analysis plays an important role in optimising the car park ventilation strategy through detailed airflow modelling.

We’re pleased to support Abadeen, Credence Constructions and the wider project team as Henri House progresses through construction.
