After a string of events, collaborations, and a few milestone updates, we’re back inside the project folder, spotlighting some of the design-led work that’s been quietly progressing behind the scenes.

One of the latest? BILLYARD AVE, Elizabeth Bay.

Positioned on one of Sydney’s most exclusive harbourside streets, this boutique residential project is shaping up to be a standout example of refined living and engineering coordination.

Designed by SJB, with landscaping by Dangar Barin Smith Pty Ltd, Billyard Avenue features just nine expansive north-facing residences, each with over 360 sqm of internal space, many with uninterrupted views across Elizabeth Bay. Referencing the geometry of grand European homes, the architecture embraces curved forms, Art Deco influences, and layered natural materials.

Goldfish & Bay is providing full engineering design services across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire, and vertical transportation. Our approach balances structural clarity with system integration, prioritising efficiency, long-term maintenance, and invisible performance.

With construction now underway under Novati Constructions, this project reflects the kind of collaborative, design-conscious development we’re proud to help bring to life
