MAISON MOSMAN

A mixed-use residential development at 2 Ourimbah Road, Mosman, comprising approximately 30 apartments with ground-floor retail and multiple basement levels. Designed by PBD Architects for HavenLuxe, with interiors by Coco Republic, the project forms part of a new chapter along Spit Road, bringing contemporary residential living together with neighbourhood retail within a five storey building.

The design responds carefully to its setting through scale and planning. Apartments are arranged to maximise daylight and cross ventilation, with private outdoor spaces supported by shared rooftop and ground level amenity. Basement levels accommodate parking, servicing, and loading, supporting the building’s day to day operation.

Goldfish & Bay is engaged to provide building services engineering for the project, coordinating hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, vertical transportation and fire services through the design development stage alongside the architectural and planning team.
