MAISON MOSMAN

Goldfish & Bay is currently engaged to provide building services engineering for Maison Mosman, a mixed-use residential development located at 2 Ourimbah Road, Mosman.

Designed by PBD Architects for HavenLuxe, with interiors by Coco Republic, the project comprises approximately 30 apartments above ground-floor retail, arranged within a five-storey building. Multiple basement levels accommodate parking, servicing, and loading, supporting the building’s everyday use.

The design responds directly to its setting through scale and planning. Apartments are arranged to maximise daylight and cross-ventilation, with private outdoor spaces complemented by shared rooftop and ground-level amenity.

From a building services perspective, the project involves coordination across basement levels, vertical distribution, rooftop areas, and sustainability systems, alongside architectural and planning requirements.

Goldfish & Bay’s scope includes the coordination and documentation of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, fire, and vertical transport services through the design development stage, working closely with the broader consultant team as the project progresses.
