PAGEWOOD CENTRO: A Meriton Masterpiece, Perfected by PTW and Dickson Rothschild

A former industrial precinct has been transformed into the PAGEWOOD CENTRO MASTERPLAN, a vibrant new residential community developed by the Meriton Group. Located at 22 Heffron Road, the masterplan features a mix of contemporary living spaces, including the RIVERA TOWNHOUSES and PAGEWOOD CENTRO MANET.

At Goldfish & Bay, we delivered hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire engineering services across both projects. Our work included designing and implementing essential systems to ensure each development meets stringent construction standards, supports long-term performance, and aligns seamlessly with the architects' vision for the masterplan.

THE RIVERA TOWNHOUSES, designed by PTW Architects, feature 42 two-storey, Torrens-titled homes constructed with prefabricated structural frames for durability and precision. These residences, set along tree-lined streets and facing a newly developed park, blend modern aesthetics with thoughtful urban integration.

Adding a vertical dimension, the PAGEWOOD CENTRO MANET, envisioned by Dickson Rothschild, comprises two striking towers of 19 and 17 storeys. These high-rises offer expansive residences with views of Sydney’s CBD, Botany Bay, and Central Park, surrounded by an 8,000sqm park with community-focused amenities.

Pagewood Centro sets a new standard in urban design, effortlessly blending sustainability, innovative engineering, and contemporary living. Goldfish & Bay is honored to have collaborated with the Meriton Group to bring this visionary development to life, establishing a landmark that drives Eastgardens' growth and transformation.
