Another project underway with Astute Property in Mascot.
Located along Gardeners Road, the development will deliver a new eight storey mixed use building comprising 80 residential apartments above ground floor retail. Designed by fjcstudio and delivered by DJRD Architects, the project contributes to the ongoing transformation of the Mascot precinct and responds to the surrounding streetscape
The architecture uses a warm material palette with bronze and terracotta elements, while the ground level introduces retail frontage and a clear residential entry to activate the street.
Goldfish & Bay is providing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and fire engineering design services for the project, working closely with Astute Property and the wider consultant team during the construction documentation phase.
