We are pleased to share the latest updates on TRILOGY, a landmark project redefining Macquarie Park’s skyline with state-of-the-art design and luxury living. This significant development, a collaboration between Meriton Group and PTW Architects, comprises three impressive towers reaching heights of 38, 45, and 59 stories, making it one of Australia’s tallest suburban residential projects.
Located at 100 Talavera Road, Trilogy boasts a prime position adjacent to Lane Cove National Park and the Macquarie Park Business Centre. This exceptional development offers residents breathtaking views and convenient access to key amenities. Each of Trilogy's towers exemplifies architectural excellence and functionality, featuring a diverse selection of oversized 1 to 4-bedroom residences. Designed to maximize natural sunlight, many apartments are situated in corner positions, providing dual aspects.
At the heart of Trilogy lies a 3000sqm central podium garden, complete with a barbecue pavilion, children's play area, community gardens, and an outdoor fitness station. The vibrant retail precinct enhances the community lifestyle, offering a variety of restaurants, cafes, and a 120-place childcare centre. Trilogy promises a lively and connected living experience for all residents.
Goldfish & Bay is proud to have provided comprehensive hydraulic services design, ensuring optimal efficiency and sustainability. Our team is further responsible for Building Information Modelling (BIM) Management, coordination, and clash detection, ensuring all building services are thoroughly coordinated. The integration of BIM facilitated seamless coordination among all stakeholders, enhancing construction efficiency and quality control. Leveraging BIM allowed us to meticulously plan and visualize the project, reducing potential conflicts and streamlining the construction process.
According to Meriton Group’s recent update, Trilogy’s construction is progressing rapidly, with the project now reaching level 15 and on track for completion by late 2025. The success of the first tower, nearing a complete sell-out, has led Meriton to expedite the debut of the second tower, which promises to rise even taller.
