Goldfish & Bay is proud to be involved in RHODES BAY, a six-building mixed-use development by Billbergia Group, with architecture by SJB.

The project delivers 340 apartments, 1,430 m² of retail space and two basement levels with 397 car spaces, 614 bicycle spaces and 68 motorbike spaces. With multiple towers, staged handovers and extensive amenity, RHODES BAY represents one of the most complex residential projects underway on Sydney’s waterfront.

Our Digital Engineering team is providing BIM management across the full development, establishing the BIM Execution Plan, leading coordination processes and delivering the federated model. This work ensures design integration across all trades and disciplines, supporting delivery of a large-scale, multi-building project with confidence and precision.
