TALLAWONG VILLAGE | Precinct Approaching Completion

As TALLAWONG VILLAGE approaches completion, the broader precinct is taking shape as a connected residential and community hub within Sydney’s north west growth corridor.

Delivered by Deicorp, the development brings together 987 new homes, retail, and a publicly accessible park, all centred around the Tallawong Metro Station.

Planned as a walkable, pedestrian-focused precinct, the project links residential buildings, retail, and public domain through a network of laneways and shared spaces.

Goldfish & Bay has contributed across multiple components, including Tallawong Village, Tallawong Public School, and a childcare facility, delivering building services engineering across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire.

The scale of the development, from basement parking to public domain interfaces and staged delivery across multiple sites, demanded consistent coordination across design and construction.

We value our ongoing relationship with Deicorp and the broader consultant team, having contributed across multiple stages of the precinct.

With construction nearing completion, the project is shifting from delivery into a functioning community. That transition is always the most rewarding part to see.
