At VERIU Macquarie Park, we delivered hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire services for a landmark hotel and serviced apartment project developed by Holdmark Property Group.
The scope included 154 apartments, three basement levels, rooftop hospitality, and a range of commercial-grade amenities. Our team coordinated building services from concept through to commissioning, ensuring compliance, integration, and performance across every system.
This project reflects our broader collaboration with Holdmark Property Group, including major mixed-use precincts such as Burwood Place.
