Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering hydraulic engineering design for Warehouses 6 and 7 at ASPECT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE in Kemps Creek, working closely with Doolan Co Pty Ltd
Developed by Mirvac and constructed by Richard Crookes Constructions, Aspect is a 56-hectare logistics precinct within the Mamre Road corridor, strategically positioned near the M7, M12, and the future Western Sydney International Airport. The estate is targeting 247,000 sqm of premium warehouse and office space, with a focus on sustainability, including 5-Star Green Star ratings, rooftop solar, and rainwater harvesting systems.
Aspect’s masterplan has been shaped by SBA Architects, with flexible warehouse formats and hardstand capacity to meet the evolving needs of logistics, freight, and e-commerce occupiers.
Our scope is focused on delivering essential hydraulic systems that meet the scale and function of large-format logistics operations. Covering sanitary plumbing, trade waste, natural gas, fire protection, and stormwater, the design supports day-to-day performance while preparing the facility for long-term operational demands.
We’re pleased to be working alongside Doolan Co Pty Ltd, Mirvac, Richard Crookes Constructions, and SBA Architects on this significant project, contributing to the ongoing transformation of Western Sydney’s industrial landscape.
