Rising in the heart of Fairfield, EVO is taking shape as one of Sydney’s most significant mixed-use residential projects. Developed by LEVEL 33, the four-tower community will deliver 362 apartments above a landscaped podium and retail precinct, with rooftop gardens providing shared spaces for residents.

Goldfish & Bay has been engaged to deliver full building services engineering across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical and wet and dry fire disciplines. From the outset, our role has extended beyond design into close collaboration with LEVEL 33 and project consultants, ensuring EVO’s systems are fully integrated and ready for construction.

With completion targeted for early 2026, EVO Fairfield reflects how multi-disciplinary engineering can enable ambitious urban renewal in Sydney’s west.
