HILLS SHOWGROUND VILLAGE | Official Opening

Hills Showground Village has officially opened, marking the delivery of a new mixed-use precinct in Sydney’s Hills District. Developed by Deicorp, the project introduces 430 new apartments, 26 specialty shops and a public plaza positioned directly alongside the North West Metro.

Goldfish & Bay supported the project with building services engineering, providing expertise across multiple disciplines to ensure that essential systems were designed and delivered to support both residential and retail use.

The precinct will serve as a new centre for the community, bringing together housing, retail and public amenity with direct transport connections. Its completion highlights the collaborative effort of the project team and its significance for the growing Hills region.
