As Castle Hill continues to evolve into one of Sydney's key transport-oriented centres, the proposed redevelopment at 16–20 Old Castle Hill Road reflects the changing character of the Hills District. Located just moments from Castle Hill Metro Station, the development has been designed to deliver new homes, including affordable housing, alongside retail activation, landscaped communal spaces and an improved public domain that supports a more connected and walkable community.

Designed by Studio.SC for our client Urban Property Group, the proposal draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape and the changing identity of Castle Hill. A grounded brick podium establishes a strong relationship with the streetscape before transitioning into a lighter tower above, balancing increased density with a human scale and a thoughtful response to its surroundings.

Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering the Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, Wet & Dry Fire and ASP3 Level 3 Electrical Engineering services for the project. From the early stages of design, our team has been working closely with the wider consultant group to coordinate building services that complement the architectural vision while supporting the functionality, efficiency and long-term performance of the completed project.
