One of Sydney’s most historically significant sporting sites is continuing its transformation into a major community, recreation, and hospitality destination for the eastern suburbs.
Set within the historic 2.9-hectare White City precinct in Paddington, the redevelopment brings together sporting, aquatic, wellness, hospitality, and community facilities across a dense multi-building urban site, while carefully responding to the area’s heritage character and surrounding residential context.
The project includes new football and tennis facilities, aquatic and wellness spaces, hospitality venues, community areas, and supporting infrastructure integrated across multiple levels and operational environments.
Goldfish & Bay is currently providing building services engineering for the redevelopment, supporting the integration and coordination of complex infrastructure across the multi-use precinct.
A significant redevelopment for a landmark Sydney destination with a long-standing connection to sport, culture, and community.
