INSIDE THE LEADERSHIP TEAM | Goldfish & Bay
Getting this group in one frame required the same precision as fitting services into a basement ceiling with no millimetres to spare. So after a few “do we really need this?” conversations… here we are. The people in this image carry responsibility for how this business operates and delivers. They have built this company through discipline, technical depth and long-term trust with clients and collaborators. We are proud of the people in this frame. Just as importantly, we are

Engineers Between Deadlines | LOVE PIZZA
A tower of pizza boxes from Moretti landed in the kitchen today and, for a moment, the office exhaled. Screens dimmed, chairs rolled back, and conversations drifted from deadlines to weekend plans. The whole space felt lighter without anyone trying to make it happen. Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed some incredibly talented people into the team, and the energy they’ve brought with them has been exciting to watch grow. Moments like this make it easy to see how quickly

WEST VILLAGE | 299 KENT STREET, SYDNEY
West Village is a residential project in the Sydney CBD that takes an unusual position within its urban context. Instead of density driving the building, it is organised around a small number of large homes, each occupying an entire floor and, in many cases, extending across multiple levels within a 17-storey structure. The architecture, led by Angelo Candalepas and delivered by Candalepas Associates, approaches apartment living as something closer to a private house, stacked

BELGRAVIA | Potts Point is a new residential development proposed for 117 Victoria Street.
The scheme comprises a collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences, including a penthouse, on a tightly constrained inner-city site. Developed by Ceerose and designed by BVN Architecture in collaboration with Koichi Takada Architects, the project sits within a part of Sydney where tight site conditions, limited access, and planning constraints place pressure on how buildings are planned, serviced, and constructed. Rather than scale driving the design, key decisions are shaped

THIS MONTH IN ENGINEERING | Apple Park
Some projects are worth studying not because we were involved, but because they set a benchmark for how engineering is coordinated, delivered, and ultimately experienced. Apple Park is one of those projects. At first glance, it appears calm and uncomplicated. In reality, it is anything but. Behind the restrained façade sits a campus-scale engineering exercise where civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, and vertical transportation systems had little toler
