BELGRAVIA | Potts Point is a new residential development proposed for 117 Victoria Street.
The scheme comprises a collection of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences, including a penthouse, on a tightly constrained inner-city site. Rather than scale driving the design, key decisions are shaped

THIS MONTH IN ENGINEERING | Apple Park
Some projects are worth studying not because we were involved, but because they set a benchmark for how engineering is coordinated, delivered, and ultimately experienced. Apple Park is one of those projects. At first glance, it appears calm and uncomplicated. In reality, it is anything but. Behind the restrained façade sits a campus-scale engineering exercise where civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic, and vertical transportation systems had little toler

On this project, the consultant team was involved early, kept across the work, and included at key milestones as the project moved on site. Muse is a boutique residential development of 13 apartments in the heart of Potts

Engineering Conversations | BIM

That’s especially true for digital coordination, where the real impact happens long before anything reaches site. This conversation features Raymond Khattar, BIM Section Manager at Goldfish & Bay, and reflects a genuine interest in the depth and impact of engineering work. By giving space to thes
