ATCHISON & KENNY | Project enters next stage of delivery

Progress continues at Level 33, with the final section of the transfer slab for Building B now poured, an important structural achievement for the project. Across the site, precast panels are being installed, while basement services advance to prepare for future power, water and car park systems.

Work is also underway on Level 2 of Building A, where internal fit-outs are set to begin in the coming months. These milestones signal strong momentum as Atchison & Kenny takes shape.

Goldfish & Bay is supporting the development with building services engineering, ensuring that mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems are seamlessly integrated into the project’s delivery.
