HILLS SHOWGROUND PRECINCT EAST is progressing as one of Sydney’s significant new residential precincts, and our team is now delivering the building-services engineering for Lot 4. This stage forms part of a broader development that will introduce 873 new apartments to Castle Hill across a coordinated group of towers. The Lot 4 appointment builds on our earlier work within the precinct and extends the continuity of our engineering involvement as the project unfolds.
Our work in the precinct began with Lot 5, where we were engaged to deliver hydraulic and fire design for Buildings D and E. As the development progressed, our role expanded to include the full building-services engineering for Lot 3, covering Building C. With Lot 4 now added, we hold complete engineering responsibilities for Buildings A and B. Together, these stages establish our team across much of the precinct’s residential program.
Working across all three lots gives us a clear understanding of the basement conditions, servicing requirements and site constraints that shape this transport-oriented development. It also allows the engineering to remain coherent from one stage to the next, supporting coordinated delivery alongside Deicorp, GroupGSA and TURNER STUDIO.
This latest engagement reinforces our position within the precinct and reflects the confidence placed in our team as the development continues to advance.
