Pagewood Green | UCELLO

UCELLO stands as a defining stage of the Pagewood Green masterplan at Eastgardens, shaping both the residential offering and the community heart of the precinct.

Developed by Meriton Group and designed by Woods Bagot, the project comprises two 20-storey towers with 375 apartments, supported by 868 car spaces, 161 bike spaces and six buildings in total. At its base, UCELLO introduces the precinct’s town centre, anchored by a Coles supermarket and complemented by specialty retail and outdoor dining laneways.

The project’s contribution has been recognised with industry honours, including Excellence in Mixed-Use Development at the UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence and a Gold Award for Residential over $60M at the Australian Institute of Building.

Goldfish & Bay delivered hydraulic design services, working alongside Plumbgroup on this significant stage. Our involvement in UCELLO forms part of a broader contribution across the Pagewood Green precinct, where we have provided multi-engineering design services for Manet, Miro, Rivera, Cezanne and Frida — reflecting the scale and consistency of our work within one of Sydney’s largest masterplanned communities.
