Delivered by Duffy Kennedy Constructions with design by DTA Architects, the project comprises 77 secure storage units and 8 industrial warehouses, supported by clearances up to 5m, container-height roller doors, communal wash bays, lift access, amenities and dedicated parking. Together, these features provide versatile and secure solutions for both business and personal use.

Goldfish & Bay delivered mechanical, hydraulic and fire engineering design services for this project, providing fully integrated building services solutions to support compliance, efficiency and safety.
