Goldfish & Bay is proud to be delivering the complete building services design for Box Hill Square, a $600 million mixed use precinct that will form the new heart of Sydney’s north west.
Located on Terry Road, Box Hill Square will bring together shopping, dining, and living in one contemporary urban setting. The mixed use development will include a Coles supermarket, more than 50 specialty retailers, Eat Street dining, a gym, medical and childcare facilities, and 660 new apartments, all linked by landscaped parks, playgrounds, and easy connections to Rouse Hill and Riverstone.
Drawing on the vision outlined by the developer in the Box Hill Square Information Memorandum, this town centre will anchor one of Sydney’s fastest growing regions, blending retail, recreation, and residential life within a master planned community.
Working in collaboration with Polyhedric Developments and Team2 Architects, Goldfish & Bay is providing multidisciplinary engineering across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and wet and dry fire services, incorporating advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling to optimise car park ventilation performance and confirm compliance with NCC 2022 standards.
The development represents more than a construction project; it is the creation of a civic hub that brings together lifestyle, sustainability, and community connection through thoughtful engineering and integrated design. From the systems that power its apartments and retailers to the mechanical precision that supports its basements, amenities, and childcare facilities, every layer of the project reflects our commitment to shaping spaces that serve both people and place.
Box Hill Square is scheduled to open in 2028, redefining the rhythm of everyday life in Sydney’s Hills District. If you’d like to learn more about the project, visit the official site at boxhillsquare.com.au
