We have officially broken ground at Burwood Place.

Construction has begun on Burwood Place, a major urban renewal project by Holdmark Property Group. The development will bring the “five-minute neighbourhood” model to Burwood, integrating housing, workplaces, cultural venues and public spaces within one precinct.

Goldfish & Bay is providing Hydraulic, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, CFD Modelling, BIM and Vertical Transportation services. Together, these disciplines establish the technical framework for a precinct designed to operate safely, efficiently and with long-term adaptability.

Breaking ground marks the shift from planning to delivery. It is the stage where engineering decisions translate into built form and where our work begins to shape the infrastructure that will support Burwood’s next chapter.
